Vijaydurai Nadar is a financial leader, entrepreneur, and social visionary with over two decades of corporate leadership across Banking, Wealth Management, and Financial Services. Having served in key wealth management roles at institutional giants like Deutsche Bank and HDFC Bank, Vijaydurai brings deep expertise in strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational governance to the social sector. An alumnus of Ratnam College (BMS) and SIES College, Sion (MBA), he holds certifications from both IRDA and AMFI/SEBI.

Driven by a commitment to healthcare equity and social dignity, Vijaydurai founded Yajiv Health Foundation to bridge critical gaps in India’s public healthcare ecosystem. By applying the principles of financial discipline, operational efficiency, and institutional compliance from his financial career, he leads the foundation’s mission to deliver free doorstep diagnostics via Mobile Medical Units (MMUs), organize grassroots health camps (Swasthya Shivirs), and provide emergency surgical assistance to underserved communities. Under his stewardship, Yajiv Health Foundation works to build transparent, high-impact partnerships between corporate CSR initiatives, hospital networks, and frontline healthcare delivery.
