About

Welcome to Yajiv Health Foundation, a non-profit initiative dedicated to bridging the critical gaps in India’s public healthcare ecosystem. We believe that access to quality, dignified, and timely healthcare is a fundamental right, not a privilege.

Through grassroots intervention, mobile healthcare delivery, and hospital partnerships, we work to ensure that lack of awareness or financial means never stands between a family and life-saving medical care.

Our Mission

To deliver accessible, free, and comprehensive healthcare services to underserved communities across India by leveraging mobile medical units, preventive health camps, and emergency patient assistance funds.

Our Vision

A healthy, resilient India where every individual—regardless of economic status or location—has immediate access to quality diagnostic, clinical, and preventive healthcare.

Core Pillars of Our Work

  • Preventive Health Camps (Swasthya Shivirs): Conducting regular field-level health camps in rural areas and urban informal settlements to screen for early-stage diabetes, hypertension, vision issues, and nutritional deficiencies.

  • Mobile Medical Units (MMUs): Taking doctors, basic diagnostic tools, and essential medicines directly to remote hamlets far from primary health infrastructure.

  • Hospital & Clinical Support: Providing patient assistance grants (Patient Sahayata) and essential medical equipment (such as NICU units, ICU beds, and ventilators) to government and charitable hospitals.

  • Maternal & Child Health: Running targeted nutrition (Poshan) drives and awareness sessions on water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) in partnership with local Anganwadi and ASHA workers.

Our Values

  • Transparency & Accountability: Maintaining rigorous financial compliance, detailed impact metrics, and open reporting for every donor and corporate partner.

  • Dignity in Delivery: Ensuring that every patient receiving free care is treated with empathy, respect, and professional medical standards.

  • Community-Centric Action: Designing interventions that address localized health needs, working hand-in-hand with frontline health workers (ASHA & Anganwadi).

  • Execution Excellence: Applying structured management principles to non-profit operations to maximize resource efficiency on the ground.
